The Quantum-Ready Parking Meter brings enterprise rigor to renting curb space. By introducing a superposition-aware processing lattice between the user and the outcome, the Department has eliminated the dangerous immediacy of the legacy approach.

To operate the device, users submit a CurbLease to the control plane, which validates the request against departmental policy before scheduling execution. Users must also avoid looking directly at the device, as observation collapses its state. This is documented, and therefore acceptable.
